There is no film in any of these and no voucher for one either. What a movie night box actually is, once you strip the name off it, is things to eat off a lap and something to put over your legs, and that turns out to be exactly what the evening needs. The picking of what to watch is the one part I cannot help with. I pack every box myself here in Canada and write your message onto the card by hand before the lid goes on.

Decide first whether this is a snack gift or a blanket gift, because the two halves of this page barely overlap. After that it is only whether one person or two are on the couch. The amount is a separate question, and how much to spend on a gift in Canada has its own page.
If it is about the eating

The fullest of these is a knit throw rather than a fleece one and adds chocolates, which is the version to send if the evening is a proper occasion.

Two sizes on a box, and where the bigger ones are
The boxes on this page run $99 and $119, and eight of the nine come in two sizes. The larger size of a box is everything in the smaller one and about two more things, picked the way the rest of it was picked. On this page the larger size means more to eat, or a heavier blanket. There is nothing in any size of these that plays anything.

You type the message when you order, up to 280 characters, and I write it out in pen on a real card. A box of snacks is a nice thing. A box of snacks with Friday, your place, you pick written on the card is an invitation, and that is a considerably better gift.

Is there a film, a voucher or a subscription in the box?
No. No disc, no code, no streaming credit and nothing tied to any particular thing to watch. I pack the eating and the sitting, not the programming. Each box has its own page, and that page says what is in it, so you can check that it really is what this one claims.
Is there popcorn?
In two of them, in different forms. One has savoury popcorn in it, and comes with a pair of glasses that are wasted on a couch and worth having anyway. One has caramel corn. The rest are chocolate, shortbread and the sweet and salty sort of thing, and the box pages say which is which.
Is this for one person or for two?
Both, and the page splits on it. Two of these have two of something in them and are sized for a couch with two people on it. The rest are for one, which is a perfectly good gift and the one I would send to somebody who lives alone and likes it that way.
Can I use it as an invitation rather than a present?

Strip the name off a movie night gift and there is nothing about a film in it. Nobody wants a disc, nobody needs a streaming credit, and the one decision that genuinely matters, what to watch, is the one thing a stranger packing a box in another province has no business touching.
What is left is the furniture of the evening. Something to eat that does not need a plate. Something over your legs. Something warm within reach so nobody has to pause it and go to the kitchen. That is the whole thing, and it is why the boxes on this page are filed under half a dozen other occasions in my catalogue: the evening was never really about the film.
