Why order from inside Canada

Sending gifts north from the US means customs paperwork, possible duty and a box that can sit at the border. Ordering here skips all of it.

No border: Every box is packed in Canada and shipped to an address in Canada. No customs form, no duty, and nobody in your Canadian office gets a bill at the door.
US dollars: The desk shows every price in US dollars and charges your card in US dollars, so the total on the screen is the total on your statement. A bigger order can be invoiced instead.
One list: All to your Canadian office, or each to their own address anywhere in Canada. Up to 25 names and addresses on one list, one order, one receipt.
Your logo: Printed inside every handwritten card, free. The card can come from your US team by name.

What goes in, and what a team order costs

Every size comes in the same sturdy, rigid box with a magnetic lid, made to be kept. Each price is per box, with a handwritten card, your logo and shipping anywhere in Canada included and no tax added, the same whether you send5 or 25.

Questions from US companies

Do you charge in US dollars?

Yes. The order desk shows US dollars to a visitor in the US and charges the card in US dollars: Signature US$119, Premier US$189, Luxury US$299 a box.

Will there be customs or duty?

No. The boxes never leave Canada. They are packed here and shipped to Canadian addresses, so there is no border to cross, no customs form and nothing for anyone to pay when the box arrives.

Can you ship to our US office too?

Not yet. Every box goes to an address in Canada. If a few people in the US are on the same list, email me and I will tell you honestly what is possible.

Can you invoice us?

Yes. For more than 25 boxes, or a company that pays by invoice or purchase order, send me the list and I will quote it and invoice in US dollars.

Is there tax on the order?

No tax is added. The price on the desk is the whole amount, with shipping, the handwritten cards and your logo included.

What goes in the boxes?

For example, a mug, coffee or tea, a premium blanket, a gold-tone spoon and chocolates. The bigger sizes add more. Every size comes in the same sturdy, rigid box with a magnetic lid, and anyone on the list can have something left out or swapped.

How far ahead should we order?

Two weeks before the date: about a week for me to pack, then 1 to 7 days in transit anywhere in Canada. For December, order in November. I cannot promise an exact arrival date.

Can the card say it is from our US team?

Yes. The card says whatever you write: from a person, from the company, or from your office in the US. I write every card out by hand, to the person by name.
