It got cold this week
Good week to send someone something warm. I pack every box by hand, one at a time, and write the card myself. Put a name in and it goes on the card by the window.
The card does the thanking.
You type the message when you order, up to 280 characters. I write it out in pen on a real card and set it on top, so it's the first thing they read. It reads like a note from you, not something from a warehouse.

How to choose a Thanksgiving gift
Start with the job it's doing. A host gift is for the person who cooked and it should be easy to receive: nothing that needs a vase, a fridge shelf or a decision at the door. A box for family you can't get to is a different thing, and it can be softer and more personal because nobody is watching it get opened. A thank you to a client before the long weekend is a third thing again, and it lands better in the week before than in the week of. Most people spend $25 to $50 on a host gift, so a box is a step up from that; what you get for the step is that it arrives at their door and it's not opened in front of the room. Shipping is still free and the box still turns up with no price on anything inside, so it goes straight from your hands to theirs.

October is the month most companies skip, which is exactly why a box sent the week before Thanksgiving gets noticed. Order 5 to 25 boxes yourself at $119, $189 or $299 a box. For more than 25, or to send each box to someone's home instead of one office, ask me for a quote and I'll price it by email within one business day. Team orders need a few more days than a single box, so ask in the week before if you want them out before the weekend.
