A gift from the team, with everyone’s name on the card
One person picks the box and pays. They get a link to share in the team chat, and everyone adds their name. I write every name on the card by hand, pack the box and ship it free across Canada.
How it works
- Pick a box. Write the message for the card, and say who it is from, like “Everyone in Finance”.
- Pay once. One person pays for the whole box. No tax is added, and shipping is free anywhere in Canada.
- Share the link. After you pay, the confirmation page gives you a link. Post it in the team chat or an email, and each person adds their name, with a few words if they like.
- I write every name on the card by hand. When I pack the box, your message and every name that came in go on the card, and then it ships.
Boxes that suit a team gift
Any box on the site can carry the names. These shelves fit the usual reasons a team sends one.

Questions
- How many names can go on the card?
- Up to 30. Each person can add a few words next to their name, and when everyone writes a long line the card fills up sooner. With a long list, a short message from you and the names underneath reads best.
- How long do people have to add their name?
- Until I pack the box. If you pick a delivery date at checkout, that is the date I work to, so a date a week or two out gives everyone time. If you choose as soon as it is ready, it usually ships the same or the next business day, so send the link round straight away.
- Can we split the cost?
- Not yet. One person pays, and the link is only for names.
- What does the link show?
- The first name of the person the box is for, who it is from, and the names added so far. Not their address, not the message on the card, and not what you paid.
- Who can add a name?
- Anyone you send the link to. If a name should not be there, email team@swipegifts.com before the box is packed and I will leave it off.
- What does it cost?
- The price of the box, from $70. The names cost nothing extra, no tax is added, and shipping across Canada is free.
