Each price is per box, before tax, with a handwritten card and shipping anywhere in Canada included. It is the same box whether you send 5 or 25.

Questions about client gifts

What should I write on a client’s card?

Something specific: what they did, or what working with them has been like. The card is written by hand, to them by name, in your words or mine. Send a line for each client when you order, or email them once the order is in.

Can the basket go to the client’s office?

Yes, to their office or their home. Up to 25 boxes to one address you can order here with a card. A list of client addresses is a quote, and shipping is still free.

Should I send a client a gift at all?

Often yes, but check first. Some companies and public bodies limit what their staff can accept, so look at the client’s own gift policy before you send. I cannot tell you the rules for a particular client.

Can the card come from me and not the company?

Yes. The card says whatever you write, in your name, the company’s, or the team’s.

Is a client gift tax deductible?

Whether your business can deduct a gift is a separate question from whether the person who gets it is taxed, and it turns on your own facts. I am not a tax adviser, so ask your accountant.

What does a client gift cost?

Signature $119, Premier $189, Luxury $299, each before tax. Shipping and a handwritten card are included, and the price is the same whether you send 5 or 25. No price is shown on anything inside the box.

When should I send it?

After a renewal, a referral, a project that shipped, or at year end. Give a team order two weeks: about a week for me to pack, then up to 7 days in transit. I cannot promise an exact arrival date.

Can I put our logo on it?

Not on the card, which is handwritten. A printed insert with your wording is sometimes possible. Ask me before you order and I will say whether it can be printed in time.
