What if it arrives damaged or goes missing?
Every box is packed to order, so all sales are final. If a box arrives damaged, goes missing on the way or is not the one you ordered, email me at team@swipegifts.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update, if it never arrived) with your order number and a photo, and I send the same box again, free. An address typed wrong at checkout is not covered, and if a strike or a storm holds up every parcel, I tell you and we wait it out together. If I got something on the card wrong, I write a corrected card and post it free.
